The staff just stared at me when I tried to interact. It's like they don't know how to interface with actual people. That was after waiting in an empty establishment for an online pick up order, which was just blizzards they left sitting out on the counter. They were basically soup when they handed them to me. I rarely give a 1 star review, but this used to be one of the best DQ's in the state of Washington. If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve been in food for 25 years. I’ve been a crew member, manager and a corporate employee. I stood in the store for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The drive thru attendant was in the lobby talking to friends and goofing off and not helping the line of customers in the drive thru. All the DoorDash drivers were also ignored. Not sure what happened here....place is disgusting (walls, floors dirty), and id that wasn't enough there was a rancid smell as soon as you walk through the door.‍
