Here at 11:30am, NO HAMBURGERS! So we ordered other stuff, service was horrible,
Just went through the drive through I asked for a 4 piece chicken strip basket with cheese curds I got fries instead and 3 chicken strips only and no bread my boyfriend got a 6 piece and only got 3 pieces and 2 breads there was barely any fries didn’t get as much for what I paid for. Tuesday July 7 1:37 highly disappointed I can say i won’t be going back anymore
This place needs to SHUT DOWN for the good of humanity - please company mgmt know if you are reading this this is the WORST performing location I have ever been too (Much worse than Seattle's restaurants service level). I asked basic questions and staff was not knowledgeable enough to answer them and took forever to provide even the most basic service. Someone needs to be replaced with a Western Washington worker.
This place has gone to crap. Poor service my wife order a cake to be ready and pick up by the 27 I went up there the night before and was told by the manager kid that he not sure it will be ready in time.. it's for my daughter baby shower then my wife calls and ask how come it won't be ready when she placed the order over two weeks ago the manager said he doesn't know the schedule of the cake maker.. funny cause as a manger he should know all his employees work time and know what is going on all that work there are kids.. it... read more
