Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes——at 3:08 drove up to finally order and was told they were closing! Thanks for coming out and telling everyone since there were 4 cars behind me!
Waited 15 minutes, ordered pretzel sticks, they served them with no queso, waited another 15 minutes because their lobby was closed due to “no a/c” just for them to tell me “we have no queso” I then asked “so why did you serve me pretzel sticks and not tell me you had no queso” they then just replied “we have no queso” with no explanation as to why they didn’t tell me that when I ordered them the first time. Do better Dairy Queen this location is constantly an issue and you have clearly lost plenty of customers.
No matter what time I get there , the inside is always closed. Then I have to go sit in a long line through the drive through.
I just want to say the gal working the front counter today was the absolute most patient, attentive, customer forward cashier I've seen in years!!! She was polite, made eye contact, assured me small corrections were her pleasure and it was no problem. I was really floored by how kind she was. I wish I had got her name.
Wow this place has seriously gone down hill since the ownership change. Barely hanging on…SAD!
