Went for supper and ice cream a couple weeks ago. Ordered 2 meals and when we got them I took the fries back up cause they were beyond old. Got new fries, perfect let’s eat! Went to have my burger and it was wrong, was supposed to be a triple (I’m a big back) and was only a double. Went up and asked for what I ordered. Gave them my receipt. Its a new clean looking place but even on a hot day its way too cold to sit and eat. The food is okay but got cold too quick due to how high the air conditioner was.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dairy Queen location. Just four days ago, we visited this same restaurant and had a wonderful experience. We ordered ice cream cones and dipped them into warm chocolate. Everything was prepared correctly, the service was friendly, and we left happy. Today was the exact opposite. I clearly ordered an ice cream cone and specifically asked for warm melted chocolate on the side so I could dip the cone myself. I even showed the staff exactly what I meant.
