I swear it’s one person per shift. Drive through times take very long, however my ice cream has NEVER been melted, and my orders have always been accurate, luckily!!! Kudos to the one or two people doing it all every shift, you deserve more hands on deck!
Got a banana split. I went to park not even 2 minutes after to eat some. It was all melted! Theres no way it melted within 1 to 2 minutes . They gave it to me like that. It was all soupy and impossible to even eat with a spoon. It kept spilling all over my shirt everytime i try and take a bite. Ended up tossing . Waste of money
We mobile ordered and all that was ready was fries. They didnt even know we had ice cream on the ticket till I asked to pick it up. Sucks ordering ahead and waiting extra long for the privilege. Also there are so many flies inside it was miserable waiting and being chewed on.
My pregnant wife asked for a basket of spicy chicken strips. She was given plain chicken strips. She also did not receive the sauce. It'd be nice if the DQ employees could follow simple Instructions and give you what you order and pay for, i guess listening is a little too hard for the employees at this location
