They got my order wrong, wanted flamethrower they put in mushroom. Then when I tried to fix the order after I paid, was told to bad, thats what they put in. After reluctantly going back to my table, the mushroom burger tasted like day old gravy, I couldn't finish my meal after that.
Really bad service. Staff always busy talking each others. They don’t care about the customers..
I have great experience with Shikha. She is understandable in order taking, understands customer needs, and has a great experience in Cold Lake.
Did you know this place offers FREE PUP CUPS?! I take my dogs through the drive through every time and they love it. My order is always correct, the prices are reasonable and service is fast and friendly. Really great employees and management team.
