We were on the road for a 2 hour ride. 3 of us were hungry. Dairy Queen would have satisfied all of us. We pulled up in the drive thru at 10:30ish- the sign said OPEN and the drive thru menu board was lit up. We waited a few minutes, but were not acknowledged. We pulled around to the window to see if the store was really open. We saw the headset on the counter with the lights blinking and a mop bucket. Submitted our online orders. Got to the DQ and it was closed. Went thru drive thru and they said they could not open....even though it was Monday at noon. What is up with that? They said they could not cancel the online order so they would have to heat up the grill and fryers. This took a long time and we were traveling and on a time schedule. Not happy with the wait but we had over $50 in online orders to wait for. Need to find a way to not take online orders if you are not going to be open to fulfill them.
