My service was fantastic
Awful experience. Ordered through the app, stated the store closed at 8:30pm, showed up at 8:15pm to pick it up and they were closed. Also said they couldn’t cancel and refund the order, so the gave us a gift card. Came home and the gift card had a zero balance. Had to go back and it took them another 20 minutes and they finally figured out how to just refund the order. So between both days they wasted 30 minutes of our time, and we got nothing for it. This place is ran by completely incompetent people.
Hours say 10:00. Went in at 8:55 and they said they were “closed” and only accepting doordash orders.
Tanner was very kind and helpful. He was helping me during a rush and kept a great attitude, he seems like Hard worker and has a great attitude!
Forgot the two ingredients that makes a royal more expensive in the first place
