I went through the drive thru last night and the guy that took our order and took our payment was totally rude and definitely seemed like he didn’t like his job or helping customers even though that’s the whole point is to help customers. He should fake being nice or actually be nice or get a job that doesn’t involve customer service. Update I went 2 more times and rude service again. I love DQ but not when the staff is rude.

We come here quite a bit for ice cream and treats. They are always quick and the food is what you expect from a Dairy Queen.

Went in for a large sundae the drive thru menu said it was $4.59. The kid at the window said it was just under $6 dollars. Wow that’s a lot of tax, he said well it’s $5.59 plus tax. I told him his drive thru menu said $4.59 he stood there completely baffled. And the sundae he handed me was like a small not large. He said he could give me 10% off not sure why he can’t honor the price that’s stated on there menu and give me the $1 off. Complete rip off!! Won’t be back.
