Was there at approximately 2:15 on October 5. Ordered a brownie confection. Upon paying for my order at the drivethru I watched one worker not use gloves and place my item to be sent out. I then observed all three young adults (2 males and one female) proceed to disregard the order and get on their phones. Not one even looked up or gave an ounce of concern about the customer service.
