PAID for double cheesecake pieces in my blizzard and they gave me NONE, literally not one piece and instead of using actual strawberries, they used some random artificial strawberry sauce. Ghetto. Just go to the one on eagles landing pkwy instead.
I think it's about time we start calling out the lack of customer service in all these places. Join with me everyone these little kids need some adult supervision. They are not allowed to be rude. That is lack of training from their house to the job so shame on whoever hires these people.
I ordered a meal in the drive thru and attempted to pay at the window with a gift card. I'd recently used it and remembered how much was on it so I knew I wouldn't have an issue using it. However, when what appeared to be the manager swiped my card, nothing happened and he tried to give it back saying it didn't work. He only swiped it once, didn't attempt to put in the card number or anything, and was looking at me as though I was trying to scam him or something.
