When we had an issue with the quality of our Blizzard order on Miracle Treat Day, they immediately rectified the situation, no questions asked, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Because of this positive experience we will be back.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful with questions when making selections!!! Always smiling!!
The place is really dirty. There were at least 4 or 5 people working, not apparently busy, the tables weren’t wiped down, covered in ice cream, sticky grimy seats, fingerprints everywhere. If that’s what it’s like where the public are, how clean could the kitchen possibly be? The whole dining and service area need a serious scrub down and the whole experience would improve greatly.
