This place has really gone downhill... used to be quality food and courteous staff and nice atmosphere but new ownership I've noticed a big decline in everything and will not be coming back or recommending this location to anyone again.
My husband and I went to this location and it was absolutely filthy. Their prep table, work station, floors, seats, tables were all extremely dirty. There were about 4 people staffed and none of them were doing anything, only sitting down and hanging out. How is this okay? Customer service was not good either. If this is what it looks like at the front, I cannot imagine what's behind closed doors. Never coming back to this location again.
Can your store please add more ingredients into the blizzards? I shouldn't be paying almost $10 for a cup of vanilla ice cream. There are other DQs that properly load up the blizzards so they actually taste like the flavour you ordered. Please do better!
Not impressed how dirty this location was.No customers so no excuse. I see why it's been on Niagara Region public health list for infestation. Won't be back!
