Placed a mobile take out order, we stood in line for about 5min to get checked in, we could see our food was ready to be bagged for a few min. We checked in with the cashier, told her we had a mobile order and she said "ok I'll get that for you in a sec" waved us away then proceed to help the next person in line, then walked away to the back of the store without getting us our food. We asked another worker for our food, got it and left. Not only was the service bad but our burgers were slopped together, stale and smashed.
This location has been very good the last few years since I've started going there. Clean. Good hot food. Not expensive. Definitely beats mcdonalds on price and quality.
