I love waiting 20 minutes in a drive thru that's impossible to get out of. I guess 2 cars is a lot of demanding attention to provide.
The girl that waited on me told me that my coupon wouldn’t work for the royal ny cheesecake blizzard even though my coupon said any blizzard which yes it did work. Also I had a E Gift card and she one didn’t know how to put it in and was annoyed. When she brought me the blizzard she asked if I needed a lid I said no, and she slammed it down on counter. Not to mention all of the swearing I heard by the various crew members that were working tonight. Management really needs to get ahold of their employees. I won’t be returning... read more
