Ordered an item that they did not have.And during the refund because we had already paid, the manager was unprofessional and rude.
I ordered a 10" cake for father's day. The cake depicted on the site while ordering said happy father's day on it. I get to the store to pick up the order and get asked if I wanted it to say happy father's day.. I advised that is what I ordered and was asked to wait "2 minutes". After 25 minutes I get handed a cake that said happy father's day and looked like a child scribbled on it. I paid $30 for a cake I am embarrassed to even give this to my husband. No one at counter when I went in. Had to get their attention. In the back on their phones. Went to place an order they were still cleaning the fryer. At 12:47pm. nonetheless. Why wasn't it cleaned the night before at the end of the day? Couldn't get fries or onion rings. I couldn't get the #1 combo, just the sandwich, had to pay extra for the drink.
