Why bother having posted hours if you don't use them?? Placed an online order only to arrive to a closed and locked store an hour after their supposed "open" time. DQ Support won't help because this is an independently owned and operated location. No one answered the listed phone number, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
Ordered an item that they did not have. And during the refund because we had already paid, the manager was unprofessional and rude.
I ordered a 10" cake for father's day. The cake depicted on the site while ordering said happy father's day on it. I get to the store to pick up the order and get asked if I wanted it to say happy father's day.. I advised that is what I ordered and was asked to wait "2 minutes". After 25 minutes I get handed a cake that said happy father's day and looked like a child scribbled on it. I paid $30 for a cake I am embarrassed to even give this to my husband. I will scrape off the writing and give him a plain cake instead. I will... read more
