I love eating DQ ice cream. But this place is always a mess, they are most always hiring, and they make their peanut buster parfait with chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. I recommend driving an extra 10 minutes to the next closest DQ location.
Horrible customer service. Employee making ice cream orders took forever and seemed to be mad at the world. No reason to ever come back. Disappointing because the ice cream was good.
Out of gravy for the chicken, of course they didn’t bother to mention that until after we got our food. Out of half the dipping sauces. Surprisingly they had ice cream. We dined in and the people after us had a messed up order too. Worst DQ we’ve ever been to.
Went there today the food cost $36 was microwaved, soggy and nasty. The soda machine was filthy inside where ice comes out. Floors and tables nasty. Behind the cash register where food was being prepared was nasty and sloppy. The blizzards and drinks they made for each customer were messy spilling all down the side Of the cups.
