My children and I just order food and drinks from here. None of the drinks are filled. I told the cashier, and her response was that the company didn't come to refill them yet!, so I asked her why would she ask us if we wanted drinks,,if she already knew that? I asked for a refund on the drinks, and she's claiming they don't give refunds. Sounds to me like she's trying to keep extra money!.
Never had a hot fudge sundae made like this. They actually put some hot fudge on the bottom too. It was really the best hot fudge sundae!
Came to Smithfield today with my wife to do some shopping. We ate at this Dairy Queen. The food was amazing it was hot and fresh the staff was friendly and professional and was amazed at all the items on the menu. The only downside was they were out of ketchup but overall it was great.
Food was good service was ok
My pregnant wife went in for dipped chocolate cone, and this is what she got. Unbelievable. There's pretty much no chocolate there. Go to any other dairy queen, but definitely not this one.
