Absolutely fantastic service from your staff today, my daughter wanted a ice cream cake but wanted all chocolate ice cream and extra fudge and crunch and the staff was able to make it happen with less than 24 hours notice. Was worried about how it would look since it's all chocolate ice cream. However, they decorated it and made it look unreal.
My afternoon snack #kidsmeals with the parents. I definitely rather have a dilly ice cream bar than a toy anyday, option for something other than with a refreshing with the Misty-Slush perfect. The lady working the counter was fantastic, if dining in just order then grab a seat and they bring order promptly, staff was attentive and friendly, they were not on their phones, spoke only English amongst each other and helpful with the seniors. Disappointed! Ordered the original cheeseburger with fries, did not finish. Fries were cold and stale, burger was cold and sad, lacked any grill flavour or colour, it was grey and lifeless without any flavour. Will not return to this location
The food was great but the ice cream cake? Not so much. The service was great though
Stopped in at Dairy Queen Steveston highway/ 1 road. Ordered a mushroom burger. Take out. When I had a couple bits I noticed there wasn’t one piece of mushroom. I returned it explaining I ordered a mushroom burger. There was sauce but no mushrooms. They apologized and gave me another. This one had 4 very small mushrooms. Try the Ladner Dairy Queen. Their burgers are loaded with mushrooms.
