Friendly service
Poor customer service in the drive thru today. Got home and barely any fries in my meal. Looks about the size of a kids fry. Used a coupon and they took the coupon. Said I couldn’t get the deal unless I gave them the coupon. All the other locations I’ve been to in the city don’t take the coupon. When I used to work at DQ you were supposed to give the customers their coupons back so they would come back to spend money. I would recommend other locations before this one
Good burger
Horrible the employees are lazy and don't want to work. Tried ordering a custom monster cake the employees didn't know what I was talking about and then requested 2 day completion time . ELPHINSTONE location said they only needed a day . Complete opposite from Park street.
