I had a great experience today thanks to Jaden, he brought out my order to the table, was always friendly and even offered suggestions. While there for lunch, twenty-plus high school kids rolled in and he kept up the front counter even bringing out their orders. So impressed Thanks Jaden for the great service !

The manager needs to be fired or talked to he yells and cusses at customers. Kicks people out for absolutely no reason and is absolutely terrible. eating outside food on accident not knowing the rules you should be able to give a warning not kick them immediately out rudely especially if there friends are buying food. And cussing? At customers? Terrible customer service will not come again

The teenage girl that works here is very rude. she is very unwelcoming and lacks customer service skills each time i am served by her. today i was at drive thru and needed my receipt, whilst explaining why, she gave me terrible attitude just before i could tell her my needs. for sure will not be coming back after the numerous of times ive felt unwelcomed there.

Poor service, poor attitude, very disappointed, I don't recommend that anyone visit or eat at dairy Queen deer park or dairy Queen Down town Red Deer Alberta. .
