I stopped in for a quick bite and to get a ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. I ordered my meal and added the cake to my bill to be picked up on my way out. They asked what I wanted written on the cake. And when I told them they said, oh, that's nice, we love Chad (tje name on the cake). I went to eat and then when I came back to pick up the cake, there were different people working. But they just gave me the cake. No problem. After checking the receipt to confirm I did purchase one. Sadie made us the most epic blizzard ever omg!
Horrible service, slow, incompetent and disorganized - they gave us drinks that were 1/2 full.
Worst Dq experience I have had, multiple times. Blizzards come with out one piece of anything other than ice cream, workers are incredibly rude when it is brought to their attention and wait times exceed 15-20 minutes regularly
