We went to the drive-through tonight About an hour ago I’m so freaking mad right now. I’m just now getting around writing this review we drove through on August 28 name is Dennis was a blizzard and a banana split with strawberry extra chocolate and marshmallow.. They put the banana split in a broken plastic dish and put that dish on the bottom of the bag. Boyfriend and I put in a mobile order for 2 large cotton candy blizzards. What they gave us was plain vanilla ice cream with regular sprinkles you put on a cake. When we called and asked about it they just said "yeah we're out of the cotton candy flavoring/candy pieces" So instead of lettings us know at the speaker they just took it upon themselves to give us whatever and not let us pick something else which is crazy work 🙄
Went through and made an order through the drive-through. Got home and it wasn’t correct so I called. They had the correct order pretty much ready to go when I walked in the door. Great service and delicious food
