The staff was amazing!!! The entire cast and friends and family of the Harlem Middle School play went here after the Friday show without letting them know. (Sorry) They were happy, polite, and Blizzard making machines! They didn't even forget the upside down test! I'll be back for sure, with a few less people next time!!!
This place continues to go down hill. Popcorn shrimp should have been listed as "child size". $11.63 for this? Total ripoff! Stop putting condiments in the box touching food as you've been handling money, credit cards & whatever else. Who knows what kind of germs are on your hands? It's disgusting! Won't be back!
I placed an order thru the app… some way , some how , they didn’t receive the order I had to place 2 orders just to receive my food, store manager wouldn’t honor the coupon I had on my ORIGINAL order , she also said she couldn’t process my refund because even though she seen BOTH receipts for BOTH orders she would be “losing out on money “….. as a customer I don’t feel like she helped much or even wanted to help and i won’t be back
