The floors in the store were super wet where people were almost falling, and they continued to mop the floors in the store, and we had to ask to talk to the manager, and he didn’t think it was a big issue with the floors, being wet with elderly people in the store, total disrespect for anybody coming into the store and it was not professionally ran. Ordered two mini blizzards. Strawberry and Butterfinger. Received two mediums in some other flavor I didn't recognize. When I called they hung up on me three times and finally my husband had to go there to have the order remade. Extremely rude management.
Found an ant in my ice cream.
Since the new owners took over, they are not friendly at all. No hospitality skills or people skills. The new manager didn't even greet my son when he went up to order with a gift card from his birthday. The manager also was yelling at his cooks. Who does that in front of patrons?
