Horrible customer service experience!!!!!! I am writing to formally report a highly disappointing experience I had today, March 14, 2026, at your location situated at 2885 Evans Mill Rd, Lithonia, GA 30058. I usually enjoy visiting Dairy Queen, but the level of service I received today was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy, neither of which were present during this visit. I’m sharing, and hoping other guests don't have the same experience.
