First they make you wait forever before they take you order at the speaker. Then. You after they take out order the line is so slow that you wait about 20 minutes and people are driving off due to the slow service. Once you get to the window to pay after I paid it was 6:19 pm and I got my food at around 6:35 pm just to discover my order is wrong. I’m disabled so that’s why I used the drive thru. Waited in line for over 30 min, when I got to the window the young lady told me they were out of lg cups and then she gave me 2 med cups and then asked me to pull forward because my food was not ready. She didn't ask for payment so I asked her if she would like to be paid,she looked confused but then she took my card. I thought she might say thank you for paying but she didn't. This location's ice cream machine obviously has improper mixed ratio making their "ice cream" taste more like whipped cream. I got a hot fudge Sunday and it tasted nothing like ice cream. I originally asked for pecans on it but was told they were out so I settled for chopped peanuts. For some reason they filled it so full, I knew I had to hold it out my car door to keep the nuts from falling all over my lap in my car when I opened it. Last time going there.
It was awful I didn't get what I ordered & blizzard was a milkshake. Terrible customer service will never g9 back
Worst DQ ever. Waited outside to be waited on No one came across. Went inside there were 4 workers and waited 13 minutes for my food .
