This is the worst DQ ever! I’m not mad but am laughing bc they have no spoons. I ordered and paid for a peanut buster parfet. Waited about 10 minutes inside bc the drive through was so long. It’s 9 pm. Now they say they have no peanuts. Ok so I asked to change it to a banana split blizzard. They had to go next door to buy bananas. Who is the manager and why ?! Skip this dq and go to the next one lol
My $5 large cone. Couldn’t talk to employee because she closed door on us. Won’t return.
Went for shake and ice cream. Long wait line in drive through. Unfriendly service and didn't get a spoon to eat my ice cream. Terrible service. Cars were getting out of line and leaving. We waiting at intercone for 10 minutes and kept saying hello to place our order and no one came on. We placed order at window which seem to make cashier aggrevated but we told her no one answered. I ordered a cone dipped in chocolate and we got one, but apparently the other one they couldn't do. I don't get dairy Queen often because we don't have them where I live so I'm super disappointed. She was really nice and I appreciate she gave me sprinkles on the side but I'm super unhappy. I didn't even get the cone I paid for.
Quick 1-star review for the employee who thought dropping the F-bomb at a me over a Blizzard remake request tonight was acceptable. Escalating something so minor within a 10-second exchange is not normal behavior. Sure hope he’s alright. Either way, customer service skills are apparently in short supply here!
