Five stars for the employees! One star taken off because none of my items were truly available. I’m so used to pour service nowadays. In a place of business can’t provide what I ask for, they act like they don’t care. The sweet employees tonight were so kind about letting me know that they were out Of the things I had ordered. They made sure I got alternatives. Normally, if a restaurant doesn’t have stock of the food, I’m less likely to return. But their kindness towards me has me willing to return for sure!

Waited 20 minutes for 2 small blizzards. Went up to the counter to ask what the hold up was, only to be told "I dont know, ask that guy." Turns out, they were put in the refrigerator case without the number being called out, so we had no idea. They were melted. When we asked for spoons, we were handed forks. They were out of spoons.
Just had the worst milkshake of my life! No joke, couldn't even eat it. Like it was made with fat free milk and frothed up with water. Not creamy, just gross. Had ordered the exact same milkshake from the Forsyth Rd location last week which was great!
Sat in line for 30 mins. They continued to take the cars in front of me even after 10pm. Looked like they had someone count the cars left in line. Decided it was closing time right when I reached the ordering area in the drive through and had an angry attitude despite me relaying I had been there. Couldn’t walk-in prior because the door was locked.
