Very disappointing experience. I called to provide feedback after receiving a Frosty that was made incorrectly on two consecutive visits. Instead of listening to my concerns, the person who answered seemed to have a response for every complaint without actually paying attention to what I was saying. They didn’t apologize or offer to make things right. Customer service was just as disappointing as the product. I won’t be visiting this location again.
They closed at 9 pm we went through long drive through and at at the outside patio some were eating in their cars
It's dairy Queen, so you know what to expect from the food. This location is often very loud and feels not super clean inside. The service isn't great, but usually gets the job done, so... It's a convenient location, though...
