UNKNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF AND POOR FOOD HANDLING. First, I was told the advertised $10 meal deal was over, even though it was still being featured in the Dairy Queen app. After we'd already placed and paid for our order, the cashier actually came over to confirm that she'd checked the app, the deal was indeed still showing as available, and she was going to let the manager know.
