To preface I ordered through the mobile app and it was a mobile order. On the order I had accidentally selected "drive thru" option. When I first arrived I went into the store because the drive thru was utterly packed. I showed the cashier my phone with the mobile order and my name, she responded "it probably hasn't printed yet". I order 3 soft vanilla ice cream with strawberry topping, and a blizzard. Got home and had vanilla and chocolate ice cream. I called the store to get a manger that does know how to talk to customers. The girl that took my order was very unfriendly and the manger but her on the phone and she heard me order 3 swift ice cream. I didn’t even know what a swift was until she told me.
