It was a good visit. Kids enjoyed the ice cream. Staff seemed professional but not necessarily happy which I get hard to be happy in a service environment all of the time
Dont get there French fries
We were here at 9:00 for ice cream drive thru and waited 10 min for someone to take order then he said we aren’t cooking cause something happened then while waiting for our ice cream we see them cooking and forgot us at window so we left and also others left awful awful service Doreen
The staff at this location were very unprofessional and abrupt. After receiving cold food, along with overcooked French fries and chicken strips, I decided to request a refund rather than a replacement because of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
Even more recent update: instead of calling me like a professional. I was texted at 10pm from again a random number trying to solve this issue after a weeks worth of hassle to resolve this issue. Update: I appreciate the respectful and professional response to my initial review; however, I must express my continued dissatisfaction with the unresolved issue.
