Horrible customer service tried the brown sugar cookie dough and it taste like baby food… Asked if I could switch it out for another small Reese‘s blizzard they declined. If a customer is coming in and paying for it and isn’t quite happy with it, does it really cost you that much money to replace a blizzard? Lame that businesses run like this when it really doesn’t cost them anything to be kind in a situation where a seasonal flavor just sucks. They don’t care about guest experience
Service is horrible and it tastes like there's chemicals in the drinks
I ordered two things off the six dollar menu only got three. They forgot my pretzel, but I did not get charged for it, so I guess they didn't hear me. By the time I checked the food in the bag, we weren't in a good place to go through again. My bad for not checking first. There didn't seem many people in the restaurant, but I felt like I was rushed. I was in the drive through.
