Placed order through the app, but they couldn't find it. At first they said it might take a little while, so I waited until the time listed in the app and tried again. They eventually tracked it down, but instead of having my name on it apparently the app just called it "DQU". Once they figured out my order, THEN they made it. After I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting for the app that it turns out I didn't even need to wait, the system is just screwed up, then I had to wait ANOTHER 4 minutes.
