Well I wanted to treat my daughter to a large blizzard and a 6 piece chicken basket. It’s kind of far from my home so I didn’t question the fact that my total bill was $23 and change. No receipt was provided. I didn’t question it at the time because this is a treat for my daughter. Can a manager reach out to me and explain why no receipt was provided and why you hire little thieves to work your store. Thanks!!!
Usually have a good run in with this location. Today I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 min and my car did not move an inch. I decided to go inside to see if that would be faster. Same thing on the inside. Long line and no one at the counter. There was an older lady in the drive thru I overheard said they were short staffed and it was only her. No I did not end up getting my ice cream tonight :(
What an absolute joke! There aren't many DQ's in this area so you really have to drive if that's what you want, I drove 25 minutes for this dairy Queen just to be like horrified by the cleanliness of the staff and restaurant. And then I had to wait 10 minutes at the window for cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers! And then after the 10 minutes they told me to park and they would bring them out to me...
