Hamburger and fries were horrible, couldn’t finish them and went to ice cream, better! Trash sitting on top of the bin where you put your trash, as workers are on their cell phones. A total of 4 customers in the restaurant and saw at least 5 workers. I had to ask for help at the counter as I saw people on their phones in the back. They looked at me and did nothing. Tables were gross with a marketing sticker coming off and the dirty sticky part up. The place needs a deep clean!!
The drive thru people didn’t give me a total on my order via speaker or window, thought was just nonsense. Didn’t really listen that we need both out ice creams needed to be dipped. They didnt really give my credit card back unit before we left and made me worried. Not really friendly and was lied over the phone that they had butterscotch but it was NOT listed on the menu. I had terrible experience with this location
Clean, helpful staff. Delicious food.
Whoever the manager is is doing a great job here- consistently high quality food, clean, quick service and staff are very polite. Like the DQ of my childhood.
