The food is good but the customer service could use some work.
Wow I loved this! Such great place. Very nice staff and delicious ice cream and food was fresh! Will be back soon😊 The only thing is it was very warm inside and a staff member was vibing to our music in our car.

Went inside to order last night. Not busy. Ordered and paid for a dip cone and 2 blizzards. Cone comes out with no dip. No offer to replace with a different item-plain cone-no refund offered on dip price. 1 of 2 blizzards was completely melted and ice cream all over the outside of the cup—wiped it up myself. She did flip the 1 blizzard over but obviously not the other. Poor presentation. Poor customer service. Used to be our favorite DQ of them all. We go for every birthday, anniversary or special day. Lately it’s absolutely garbage. Blizzards melt right away, ice cream runny on the cones. They charged for dipped even though they are out and provide the answer of “oh”.
