Super busy on a Thursday night and no one knew what they were doing. Don’t get helped inside for 15 minutes. I just got looked at. The drive thru took another 30 and they gave me a blizzard with one of the mix-ins I asked for as I asked for 2 and they charged me for 2.

So I ordered a medium turtle pecan sunday. The lady behind the counter was of Asian descent, and obviously didn't understand me. I told her three times, and so she gives me a turtle blizzard! I corrected her once again and said no, I wanted a Sunday, she tells me this is a blizzard, I said, I know, I want a Sunday, so she brings me back a chocolate ice cream with pecans on it no fudge no caramel! We ordered a small cone and fries and it took 15 minutes. We had to go up to the desk and ask in a bunch of the kids were fooling around and saying foul language. It took extremely long for no reason and there was nobody in there. Very disappointed in my experience.
