The team tonight was amazing, I put an order through doordash to this dairy queen and the dasher forgot the food, this team was able to helping me out in getting my food and I don't blame them for the incompetence of my Dasher thank you so much again!!!

I left my daughter to pick up an order. We took the ice cream. Turns out we were given an extra. The manager on shift came and told us to pay for it. We paid for their mistake.
Miscommunication over order, and the cashier refused to correct it, instead blaming the customer when order was wrong. Cashier then said to pay extra to order again. Lousy service.
