Very disappointed with my Dairy Queen cake from December 19. Found a long hair inside while cutting and eating it – ruined the entire experience. Called the store the next day, took 4 days to get in touch with the manager, and she only responded after 11 days. She insisted on the full cake back for a refund (which we threw out after a week+ delay). Poor customer service and food quality control.
I stopped by Dairy Queen today and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The food was amazing , fresh, and exactly what I was craving. What really made my visit stand out was the amazing service,Naomi went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that really brightened my day. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly enjoys their job and cares about their customers.
