We were greeted with great smiles. All of them had great attitudes. They were happy to bring our food out to us with smiles as well. The food was hot and ready to eat.
We normally truly enjoy this Dairy Queen. It is generally clean with kind and professional staff. Today was pretty disastrous - horrendous beeping sound coming from somewhere unknown, broken soda machine with water alllll over the floor and no one making any attempt to clean it up. Slow to bring out food. Trash was overflowing. Just gross feeling. I hope they can turn it around. We have always enjoyed coming here.
Drink machine was leaking all over the floor and it took over 20 minutes to get our food
Staff is unpleasant and a single order of chicken fingers took an unapologetic 20 minutes.
