I really enjoy visiting this Dairy Queen. I appreciate that they’re committed to inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for people on the autism spectrum. It gives the location a really warm, unique atmosphere, and the service is always kind as Greg and his team try their best.
We go every weekend, staff are usually very friendly and efficient, never too busy when we go.
Went to this Dairy Queen today and had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru, which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. There were only two employees working, and even though they were doing their best and were polite and friendly, it was clear they were completely overwhelmed. The place was busy, and management should have made sure they had more staff scheduled.
