I’m convinced this location requires the prerequisite of being absolutely terrible at customer service to work there. Every single time I visit, I'm met with the most miserable, un friendly workers ever. The eye rolling, the head throwing at questions, they make it VERY clear they hate their job and do not want to be dealing with you. This has been an ongoing issue for a year and we are done visiting.

Bought an ice cream cake, price was high but they are always good… there were about six staff there and I had a special request to have a birthday message and a very simple line drawing on the cake and they refused to do anything but words. I’ve ordered dozens of cakes before and it’s never an issue to draw something really simple. Very disappointing birthday cake

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. I ordered fries “for here,” but they were served in a to-go bag anyway. The fries themselves were awful, they left an aftertaste similar to chicken tenders, like the oil had been reused multiple times. I felt sick for 20 minutes afterward and had nothing to eat during that time. On top of that, instead of helping customers, the three employees on shift were just chatting with each other and completely ignored proper service.
