My favorite DQ
Worst service I've ever had in any restaurant. The employees were not professional at all. I drive for Uber Eats. It took them 30 min. to get me a chicken strip basket. 2 groups of people who came in after me got there food before me. My order was placed online. If I was manager I would replace whole crew. We have been coming to DQ for a few Monday's now and the food has always been good. Mara's customer service is the best. She is always smiling and takes real good care of her customers.
I'm not sure what's changed in the last few months here but 4 of the last 5 DQ Blizzards I've bought here have been handed to me melted at the drive through. The first time they actually put a lid on it, then did the flip. Lol, really? How's it going to poor out with a lid. Today was the last time I'll be going. I asked for no lid as I've been doing since the 2nd melted Blizzard and it was still handed to me with a lid. I took the lid off and did the flip for her since she didn't even attempt to do it.
