As a supervisor at a dairy queen in another city, my best advice would be to PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Firstly, the lobby supposedly closed at 9pm (according to the posted sheet on their front doors). At 8:52pm the doors had already been locked? But what was most surprising was the fact that GUESTS WERE STILL IN THE LOBBY?! Amazing service with even more amazing people always have great attitudes towards anyone who comes through the doors!!!
It looked like they were doing a little bit of crew training, I’ve definitely felt the vibe of the place has gotten better than the last couple months I’ve been coming here. The trainer seemed really nice and knows exactly how to talk to their employees without seeming too harsh. definitely coming back if things keep going like this!!
