Undstaffed=cold food. Everyones food sitting on the counter not being bagged or brought to customers. Had to ask for our food and by then it was cold. Do better. Consider closing lobby or drive thru when understaffed and unable to maintain quality food and service.
Says they are open right now. Doors locked, drive thru closed, no sign saying otherwise. Disappointed.
I typically don’t write reviews but I have never consistently experienced service like this. It takes forever to get your food….30 minutes minimum. Unfortunately my kids love the ice cream so I put up with it but we shouldn’t have to.
🔥
good!!
