She said her name was Kayla, I do believe. She nicely told me it would be a second and offered me a coupon for the wait. She explained that shes never done kitchen before but with no employees to work the kitchen she said she will do the best she could to make my order possible. She was super nice, great manors, and I would love to have service like this every time I come in. Train wreck. Zero accountability or management. Disgraceful. Unorganized and kids literally arguing while customers watch in disbelief. Literally just watched a customer who's order was wiped off the board walk out. STAY AWAY FROM HERE
Just now I had ordered a medium peanutbutter shake and a medium cup of vinilla ice cream, and the gave us a medium peanutbutter shake and a medium banana blizzard with no banana. Do you hear how idiotic that is, and yes we did tell them that we wanted a medium cup of vinilla ice cream and the guy said "it has more ice cream." That is the most stupid thing I've ever heard, I mean if ordered a medium cup of vinilla ice cream then give me a medium cup of vinilla ice cream. NEVER COMING BACK!0
