Customer service is always low here. Seems like they're doing something wrong with the chocolate sauce or are just being stingy about it. The ice cream cone I got was falling apart already and barely covered w chocolate. I asked for another and I was told "well the ice cream isn't set. It's early in the day so it's going to be soft ice cream" sounds lazy and like someone needs to show up 10 minutes before opening 🤧
This Dairy Queen says they close at 10 pm. I came through the drive through, at 9:54. 1/29. Open sign still lit up in the window as well. I was told over the speaker, “we close at 9:30” … just say you’re lazy. Who ever is managing and closing the store, the store closes at 10. Closing duties come after 10.
