Been trying to call them they messed up on my order an my son half way done with his drink and finds hair in his milkshake this is uncalled for it tasted so disgusting and help hazards and won’t answer the phone And I’m pregnant. I am sick to my stomach. they put things on my burger that I was allergic to. please avoid this Dairy Queen at all cost.
About three blizzards they were pretty good the ice cream wasn't as frozen as other Dairy Queen. The restaurant itself was pretty clean the staff stayed in the back didn't really want to talk to the customers it was hard to get their attention.
Customer service is always low here. Seems like they're doing something wrong with the chocolate sauce or are just being stingy about it. The ice cream cone I got was falling apart already and barely covered w chocolate. I asked for another and I was told "well the ice cream isn't set. It's early in the day so it's going to be soft ice cream" sounds lazy and like someone needs to show up 10 minutes before opening 🤧
