I ordered two "dipped strawberry CHEESECAKE blizzards." I didnt realize until I got home that they gave me the "strawberry dipped blizzard".. not sure why DQ made the names almost the same but whatever. Anyway, the manager would not fix his mistake and says "he was 100% sure it was MY MISTAKE and that I said the wrong thing." Poor Service and Product Quality – Dairy Queen Jacksonville, NC (1513 N Marine Blvd) On 2 September 2025, at approximately 2:45 PM, I visited the Dairy Queen drive-thru located at 1513 N Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the ice cream cone I received was completely unacceptable in presentation (see attached photo).
