I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen after today. I work with adults with mental disabilities, and my coworker and I brought them in for $1 Cone Day. I politely asked for five cones in cups since some individuals needed assistance, but was told there were no cups. After I explained their needs & was there anything available I could use due to needing assistance…the cashier looked at my group and said, “Oh, I didn’t know they were like that,” and then served the ice cream in cups. The service is consistently bad. Even the Manager needs training. The place could look cleaner inside to. It was not busy.
Went there today my burger was cold it tasted nasty and under cooked my order was wrong when I went back with my receipt they told me I should have brought my burger back I told them I threw it away but they fixed the other burger $20 for 2 meals and everything was cold and tasted nasty
I strictly get blizzards from here to relive some childhood memories and they don't miss. The only complaint I have is that the lines can be slow. Recommend going after a long day at work.
I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in years. I ordered thru Doordash and the food was so amazing! It was as delicious as I remembered! Their malt was probably the most delicious malt I've ever had!
