I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered a Misty Freeze, but was given a Slush. Despite my husband showing my digital receipt as proof, the employee refused to fix the order, claiming her system showed otherwise. To resolve the situation, he asked for a side of ice cream and told her so we could make it into the Freeze I already paid for, and the employee insisted on charging us an additional $4.00.
