Placed an order online and when I came to pick it up everyone tried to tell me there was no order and it’s the wrong location even after I showed them the order confirmation with the correct address and pickup time and still wanted to argue that I didn’t order it. After going back and forth, they gave me a poorly made blizzard with the lid off and the ice cream overflowing out the sides.

Got to the drive thru window at 10:49 pm. They say that they don’t have anymore burgers because they threw out all the burger patties already since they’re closing soon. So much for being open until 11. I understand y’all want to go home but that’s not your hours.

Ordered a brownie blizzard and it just had shards of chocolate chips. No brownie. Oh and I ordered a large and it wasn't filled to the top and had a giant hole down the center. Same with my friends blizzard. I mean you can at least let me know you don't have the main ingredient of what I ordered!! If you don't have enough ice cream for large cups either then just say that . Ordered 10:15pm ish on March 31

The General Manager is a joke and must be new. We've been coming to this location since they opened. My family and I came to the drive thru with a big order of shakes, drinks and food. We were asked to drive around to the front, for the rest of our order and were completely forgotten about. It's almost funny, all this happened just trying to get the family ice cream and the kids some chicken baskets and it turned into a not so pleasant, waste of time, evening at Dairy Queen.
