I just bought two full meals and two desserts here, and I'm in the parking lot writing this because I am so impressed! The cashier was super friendly and polite, the food came quickly, and the workers all seemed to be enjoying their job. This is my first time here but I will be absolutely coming back!
Yesterday evening (Wednesday October 9th, 2025) my family and I went in with a particularly big order as it was my cousins 13th birthday. The young lady Amanda who served us was incredibly friendly and super helpful ensuring that all items were ordered correctly and done so in a way that we were able to save money by combining shakes with a combo, Amanda took her time allowing us to double check the order before proceeding with payment- we did not feel rushed to order at all. Popped in for some fries and a drink for my headache. The staff were very nice and there was a very kind atmosphere. It was slow, and the staff were talking to a customer about some life difficulties she was going through, and the staff were very supportive to her. It was nice to see when the world seems so dark now a days.
I just have to say — the recent updates at our local Dairy Queen have made such a huge difference! Whatever training the team received is clearly working, because every single employee has been so friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. They’re on top of everything, the service is quick and organized, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers.
