First of all we had to wait a long time don't know if they had enough workers or not and the chicken tenders were not good but the worst of all I ask for a chocolate dip cone and do you believe i received ice milk instead of ice cream i didn't realize it until I drove off eating it I was so mad I just toss it and then I went to the one by where I live just to see if it was all of them and mine I got ice cream I would never go back again when you go to dairy queen you supposed to get Ice cream not ice milk
Stoked to wait 20min for no blizzards and terrible customer service. Burning my money would have been a better use of our time.
I went to get a banana split for someone and they didn't have any bananas:(
God Bless the new generation’s hearts because the teenagers that work here are very incompetent. Completely got my order wrong, even though I had to repeat it 3 times, and they charged me for something I didn’t order. I work in the service industry, so I completely understand being bored and goofing around at work, but I at least make sure I get people’s orders right & have basic manners. Do better 👎🏽
