My family went for an early dinner and we were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered our food and had them hold the kids ice cream until after we ate. When the kids were almost finished eating, I went to the counter to get their cones. I waited over 5 minutes (seemed like a lifetime) without anyone acknowledging me. I made eye contact with everyone in the back, but no help. When the young girl that took our order walked out from the back toward the counter, before I could speak, she said "I'm going on break".
