Went at lunch today, stood at counter for several minutes, no one acknowledged me, cook could see me standing there. No one else ordering in lobby and no more than 3 cars in drive through. Someone's order was ready under heat lamps but they weren't getting it quickly. Went next door to Wendy's, ordered and had food in under 2 minutes. Customer service not a priority at DQ.
My dad and I have ate at this DQ like 3 weeks in a row because I'm in the process of moving out of one apartment into another, and it's right by my storage unit. The $7 meal deal is unbeatable, and I'm saving DQ points now. I don't even know what for, but I'm excited about how many I have, haha. Good place. Good kids working there, for sure.
