Last time we went.. husband ordered a burger, had MULTIPLE long strands of hair on it... absolutely disgusted.
Same as any other DQ. Have to come here, almost an hour away, because Bemidji doesn't have a DQ that stays open during the Winter. I didn't like my interaction here today, which isn't normal. I had to wait for anyone to notice there was a customer waiting. Someone came, then it took quite a while to give my order because she kept on talking to other workers. Apparently a new worker had made a mistake. Ok, that happens. But don't deal with it in front of customers. Don't ignore the customer to talk to other customers. I'm ass... read more
Great location/fresh food/phenomenal icecream
Very disappointed in the experience i had at this DQ. I arrived 5 mins early for my order and was fine waiting a little bit longer. I just let one of the employees know i was here and sat down at a table. Ended up waiting 20mins for my order, no one else was in restaurant and didn't seem like drive thur was busy as it was late in the evening. All 4 or 5 employees up front were very uncoordinated and had very poor communication between them about orders. Most of them just stood & stared at you or was being super loud talking ... read more
