I have owned and operated Dairy Queen restaurants for over 30 years. Never in my career have I experienced anything as disappointing as the Park Rapids Dairy Queen. Based on reading other Google reviews, it appears that this restaurant promotes a culture amongst staff of treating customers as though they are a problem, not a priority. My granddaughter‘s kids meal was served quickly, but her burger was cold and the fries were soggy. Tonight my family of 11 who is vacationing from California went to get the new Biscoff blizzard. We walked in at 9:35, which is 25 min before the store closed. The restaurant employees already had all the chairs up on the tables and were mopping the floor. The cashiers eyes got big when we all walked in, and I nicely stated that we weren’t planning on sitting down and would take our blizzards to go. Had chunks of stuff in my shake and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, and couldn’t get a refund even though we showed them the chunks that were in the shake
Attention worker was very rude.
