I recently had an unfortunate experience with an employee from India who responded disrespectfully to a simple remark I made regarding the service. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they resorted to cursing at me, which is completely unacceptable in a professional environment. Respect and proper communication should be fundamental in customer service, regardless of cultural background. I hope management takes this matter seriously to ensure a respectful and professional atmosphere for everyone.
Yesterday was DQs official “Free Cone Day”. After waiting in line around the entire store, I began to notice that way too many people were purchasing Blizzards during the “Free Day”. When I reached the staff he informed me that I had to be a “member” first. This would mean downloading their app first. Even after I did I would have to wait what could be 10 minutes or up to a day for my “membership” to go through, so instead I just made a purchase.
