They gave us a salad with rotten lettuce, so we called and asked for a refund for the salad. The girl working accused us of lying and insulted us.

Genuine drop in quality especially on delivery, won't get your items or they will give you a "chicken strip" that wouldn't even qualify as a nugget. EDIT: Benefit of the doubt I ordered again, they once again forgot half my order in the bag despite being on the printed receipt. Reading and looking in the bag should be the bare minimum and if I could rate lower than zero I would. Genuinely talk to your employees because its getting ridiculous and a 3.6 star rating is honestly generous at this point
