I made a mistake on my mobile order and got the wrong sized blizzard. I asked If I could pay the difference and get a bigger size, they just made the larger size at no extra charge. Great customer service!

Got the orange cream shake. It was absolutely covered in ice cream and flavoring when they handed it to me and only gave me one napkin to wipe it down with. Plus, none of the flavoring was mixed in. It was all at the bottom of the cup. I have pretty low expectations when it comes to fast food places but this was just ridiculous and not the first bad experience I've had here.

My husband and I love blizzards. We are understanding that some of the specialty blizzards are super runny and a pain to flip upside down before serving. However - we ordered a heath/reeses and red velvet blizzard. When we got them they were most certainly not flipped. They would have landed with a splat on the floor. We received them already 25% melted. It's in the single digits in kansas. I feel like you would have to purposely try to make them melted in that temperature.

30 minute wait for 3 medium blizzards that costs $20, just for them to come out the consistency of milk. The wait is excessive everytime we come. The quality of the food has declined every visit as well.
