service so bad it was funny. Its a dq, what do u expect, but damn. can you guys fire V? ice cream was fire tho.
The team member who served us was V, she was very indifferent to us being there, like we were bothering her by ordering. She kept talking to another team member, so we kept having to repeat our order. It was my daughters 16th birthday and this was really unpleasant. Our ice cream came melted, and we won't be back.

Today I went through drive thru and ordered 2 number 1s. One with a strawberry shake that was given before I was asked to park by the red trash can where I waited about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, shake melted and when I got home less than a mile away the burger was cold, fries not warm. Not sure why I was asked to wait.. 4 or 5 cars drove past me.
