I went to Dairy Queen at 215 E. Home Rd. Springfield, Ohio. I ordered a mini Jurassic Park blizzard. After taking one bite I noticed something tasted funny. The cookie dough was freezer burnt. I politely brought this to the manager's attention. She told me I was wrong, that there was no way it tasted bad. The lady told me at Dairy Queen that she could not remake the banana split unless I pay another $3.69 but then I told her no I am NOT paying the money again for something that they got wrong I told her it was poor customer service to argue with the customer then she said that she will give me my money back so I guess the joke is on her I got my money back and she got a banana split that she can't resell
