Ordered a burger, 2 ice creams and a side of pickles. The window lady laughed about me only getting a burger and proceeded to put a side of sprinkles instead of pickles in my bag. Super bad customer service and super frustrating to pay for the wrong thing (I paid for pickles and got sprinkles…I don’t want sprinkles on my burger) and a barely warm burger. We visited here a few weeks ago and even though it was slammed, we got through the drive thru in no time. huge props to the team for hustling. Our blizzards were chock full with ingredients. 5/5!
I wanted a mint oreo blzzard it came out white and i said something she said thats all we can do ! Also i ordered a chicken salad 🥗 hardly no chicken just crumbs !
