Went in today at noon, and the dining room was closed. The girl at the register said the only way to get service was to mobile order or go through the drive-through. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience. This location is so hit or miss. This is the fourth time having a bad experience here. If in a rush, don't even bother coming here.
Talked to Debbie on the phone the manger very rude I just bought a 4 piece chicken strip didn’t give me bbq also didn’t give me the bread that came with my food said she would give her general manger the information and wouldn’t compensate me for my meal
Food was marginal. Tables were dirty. Ordered a banana split after lunch but they were unable to accommodate my request for one scoop of chocolate and two scoops of vanilla. It had to be all vanilla, all chocolate or all swirl. Seemed like a simple request. Also I used the bathroom. One was closed and the other was disgustingly filthy.
