Genuinely the best DQ around, they keep old menu items on longer than other chain restaurants.
Ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard and was given to me like liquid. Had to empty into a bowl to eat and found out it was just vanilla ice cream at the bottom and a light soupy layer of the pumpkin flavoring on top. I used to like this location but has gone downhill and I don’t think I’ll come back until service has improved
I have been coming to this Dairy Queen location since I was a little boy. I have since moved from North Ridgeville but return some times to see friends. Tonight was one of those nights and I drove in ten minutes until closing time. I ordered my frozen hot chocolate, a medium vanilla cone dipped in sprinkles for my wife and I got my friend a blue raspberry slushie. Amanda the worker was very rude when I came to Dairy Queen had a nasty attitude and was using foul language very unprofessional place
Dq is all about the ice cream. They have other food, but that is all secondary to their Blizzards. We love having a flavor of the month. The North Ridgeville store is our favorite!
