Ordered a sheet cake for my daughter’s second birthday, filled out the form in person, emailed the pictures, and paid for the cake plus cost of two pictures a week before her birthday party. The employee, Manpreet, that day said it should be fine but if any issues with having two pictures someone would call me within two days and they would refund one picture and change layout. Waited and waited and waited for someone to take my order at the front. Finally I interrupt the staff from their conversation, asking if the front was open. My first rule is to treat others how I would like to be treated so I’m not going to be rude but I’m constantly waiting for people to come and take my order every time I’ve gone in. I won’t go in there anymore. If I’m not worth your time, then you’re not worth my money.
