I find every time I get a mocha moolatte it’s different and missing topping. One time it tasted like they dumped in a blizzard into it with chunks, ruined my drink. I know I should have sent it back, I hope they will improve, I like the DQ BRAND but my store loyalty can change.
Every time I order they forget items. Usually my drink! And tried to call me a liar when they got my order wrong that I repeated three times. Terrible customer service and immature employee.
Long wait, expensive prices, but the staff were friendly
Called to order just a small ice cream cake for tomorrow she says no we can’t for tomorrow! HUH TOO busy TOO lazy no wonder every time I drive by the parking lot is empty and so is the store.
