I ordered using the mobile app because there was a deal for a free mini blizzard. The deal didn't apply successfully and I ask if I cancel and just reorder it. The staff said they are not able to help me. I let them know right away as soon as I ordered so my order was not made yet. I don't understand why they have no way to cancel an online order. Most importantly the blizzard we ordered was so runny. I will never go in this location anymore.
People in back are so busy flirting they dont care about customers i waited for 5 min while 2 different sets of 2 people giggked and fooled around instead of paying attention to there job
The food was subpar and the service was poor. I do not recommend this restaurant.
came in at dinner time tonight, very rude server girl with glasses, if you don't want to work there and can't be nice with good customer service you should find a new job. place was filthy, food was slapped together with no attention to quality and barely hot. it's like they don't want business at all and they are very skimpy with everything they can be for their own gain, they are not there to make you happy, they are there for their own pockets. #notevennice ..... ps: don't bother with the copy and pasted owner response , ... read more
