Worst fast food chain experience of my life. I ordered a burger and the buns tasted old, stale, and like they had been microwaved. I drove back to the restaurant to bring it up to the staff through the drive-thru. Food is alright. Good service. This is the second time getting a large fry and getting skimped out on the 6$ after tax worth of fries. Especially when you compare it to the ad sign
Worst dairy queen ever. Painfully slow, cant take orders right or then deliver them properly. Multiple times not just on one visit. For the price they charge for food it is unacceptable. Looking at reviews over the past year its a constant issue they claim to take seriously but still is not resolved. Clearly it acceptable to DQ or this place would have new ownership or franchise revoked.
On my visit today, I placed a large order totalling $210, including a customized burger intended for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the burger was prepared incorrectly. When I returned to have it corrected, I was met with unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from a staff member named Manpreet. She was the one who took our order. Attended Dairy Queen this evening, I paid for my meal and then was informed that I did not pay for it. The transaction went through and I was charged. They told me to pay for it again and just dispute it with my bank. Sorry but I am not paying twice, called the bank and they informed me they did in fact charge me the first time and now I am disputing because they did not provide the product. Won't be coming here again.
